This elegant casual vacation home is perfect for a winter retreat from the cold, or an extended stay in the fall, spring or summer. Naples is one of the premier destinations in Florida. The location of this home, less than a mile to Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor-Wiggins State Park, makes this a great place to be any time of the year. Located close to shopping, dining, golf, tennis and the arts our guests find they are in the center of all that North Naples has to offer.  Walk to the beach. Drive a short distance to the dining and shopping at Mercato, the new Uptown! Shopping is a must at Coconut Pointe Mall or Miromar Outlets just north in Estero. Waterside Shoppes are just a few minutes away, and premier shopping on Fifth Avenue and Third Street is just a short drive to South Naples.

 Accommodating guests or family will never be a problem. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a den with a sleeper sofa. This allows sleeping for 6.  There is an upscale kitchen with granite countertops, a breakfast bar and an adjacent casual eating area. In addition there is a formal dining area. The open floor plan and high ceilings throughout add to the spacious feeling of this lovely home. The master bedroom looks out on the lanai and the pool through glass doors. The master bath will spoil you with shower, spa tub and lots of space. The master suite is located away from the guest bedrooms and the kitchen. This allows you to have privacy even when guests or family visit.

 Want to really experience the tropical living in Naples just use the lanai.  A casual sitting area, television, patio table and a gas grill make this space a perfect place to experience life in the outdoors.  The screened lanai area overlooks the pool and private yard surrounded by tropical plants and flowers.
