Beach Bunny 6 is a spacious Penthouse condominium (approximately 2000 sq. ft. under air and an additional 1000 sq. ft. of deck) with a view of both Vanderbilt Bay and the Gulf from almost every room.  Beach Bunny 6 is located across from your private entrance to the Beach.  On the other side of Beach Bunny 6 is Vanderbilt Bay and your private dock.  This is a perfect vacation spot, just a few blocks north of the Ritz Carlton, restaurants and shops.

Beach Bunny 6 has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The master has a king bed, and a sitting area. A corner balcony off of the master suite affords a view of the Gulf waters and the bay. This is a romantic spot at sunset or in the evening with the lights on the Bay. The spare room has a queen bed and French doors opening to patios on both the Bay and Gulf side. This room has all the privacy of a second master suite as a pocket door closes off the bedroom, bath and closet area from the living room. Beach Bunny's third bedroom has a queen sleeper sofa and a private bath. This bedroom also has a view of the Bay.
 
You can feel spoiled as you bask in the sun on one of your three patios, take a dip in the pool or spa, or just walk across the street, to your private entrance to the beach. You will find Beach Bunny 6 is close to restaurants, and shopping. Just blocks from the Ritz Carlton and the Turtle Club make this a delightful location. Love to fish, no problem. The deck and the dock in the back have lots of space to fish, use the gas grill, or simply sit and read.

A private elevator opens right at your door on the 4th floor. This gives you a sense of privacy as well as security. Covered parking for one car is included.
